Room Only Rate: $850 per day, includes an assistant only, engineer not included (10-hour block).
Rates with an Engineer:
Room rate + $650 ($1500 for a 10-hour block)
Hourly Rate includes Room and Engineer:
Hourly Rate with Erik engineering: $200 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Hourly Rate with Elijah engineering: $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Please call for our current rates on extended bookings for producers. Booking Policy A 50-percent non-refundable deposit is required to book studio time. A date "penciled in" is held without a deposit for 48 hours. The balance is due at the start of the session. Any overtime or materials charges are due at the completion of the session. No materials will be released in any form without payment in full. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies Deposits are not refundable, but we are happy to reschedule your session in the event of an emergency. The Panhandle House honors the Texas Producers Sales and Use Tax Exemption Law. "Many items purchased, used, rented or repaired during the studio master recording process are exempt from the 6.25 percent state sales and use tax, as well as local sales and use taxes. These exemptions are included in the Texas Tax Code Section 151.318, and the Comptroller of Public Accounts Administrative Rule 3.300."
