We understand that every project has a budget and we want to help you get the best project possible within your budget.  We are happy to consider projects of any size or scale of production.

Please contact us for our current rates. Our rates are the same for recording, mixing or mastering.

Booking Policy

A 25-percent non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.  A date "penciled in" is held without a deposit for 48 hours.  The balance is due at the session.  No materials will be released in any form without payment in full.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Deposits are not refundable, but we will endeavor to reschedule your session in the event of an emergency.

The Panhandle House honors the Texas Producers Sales and Use Tax Exemption Law.

"Many items purchased, used, rented or repaired during the studio master recording process are exempt from the 6.25 percent state sales and use tax, as well as local sales and use taxes. These exemptions are included in the Texas Tax Code Section 151.318, and the Comptroller of Public Accounts Administrative Rule 3.300."
